Anthea has been an accredited family law specialist since 1989 and is primarily responsible for the conduct and control of all relationship matters.
Anthea provides high quality and expert advice and representation in all aspects of relationship law including divorce, property settlements, parenting arrangements, child support and Financial Agreements.
Anthea has a genuine interest in helping her clients during their most vulnerable time, both emotionally and financially.
Dianne Star
Paralegal
Di is highly experienced in Estate Administration, Wills, and Powers of Attorney.
Di can also help with challenging a will with support from Anthea who has significant experience in this area.
Kate Black

Kate is Anthea’s personal assistant, having joined Hayes & Associates in 1996. Kate has extensive experience across all aspects of family law. She is efficient and an integral member of the team.
Kate has immense knowledge of the Court’s system and its processes and enjoys being able to assist clients and takes pride to providing the best possible service in such a challenging time for family law clients.
